There are so many people that we want to give "thanks" to and hopefully we will get to all of them, however, I wanted to give a very special "Thank You" to the Grand Strand Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
During our extended stay in Myrtle Beach, many of us had to miss our regular Church services. However, seated directly behind our hotel was this church. It quickly became a home away from home for most of the Rally group! They greeted us with such kindness during every service throughout the week. The congregation immediately took the Ferguson family upon their hearts and before the Lord in prayer.
Their kindness did not stop there, the congregation also took up a love offering and made a donation to the rally group as well as inviting us over for dinner and fellowship. Their act of kindness was above and beyond what we would have imagined and we truly "Thank You" for that!
Please feel free to drop Pastor Freddie Young and congregation a card in appreciation of their hospitality!

NOT GUILTY!
"Thank You" so much for the prayers.
Please continue to pray that this family can, now, properly mourn the loss of their precious baby! Continue reading...

Another great day of weather for our faithful "Support Rally" group as they endured another long day of trial. The persistency of our efforts are not going unnoticed as we are receiving more and more compliments each and every day that we are here. As mentioned in the very early stages of planning the Rally, I want to make it clear that we are not attempting a protest of any sort, however, we want our rally (the fact that nearly 100 people drove 9-10hrs to be here) to loudly represent the... After what seemed to be a very long weekend the "Support Rally" group was back at work outside the Horry Co. courthouse this morning. Today's rally was much better weather wise as the sun was shining bright and the temperatures was up to the mid 70's. This was a huge sigh of relief for all who are showing their support outside at the rally.
We were also a little worried that the "Support Rally" group would slack off a little in attendance due to the fact that many had to go back home during ... Continue reading...

Today's rally started off a bit on the chilly side as the weather remained windy with temperatures in the low 50's. However, as the day went on the temperatures began to rise making the Rally a little more comfortable for the supporters. We are hoping for warmer temperatures for early next week.
Its hard to believe that it is Friday already. Our wonderful "Support Rally" group has been going strong for about 40hrs this week. As you could imagine there has been many ups and downs, not to men... Continue reading...

Due to the weather, today was the most difficult day of the entire "Support Rally". This was not your ideal Myrtle Beach temperatures for about 50 of us who continued on with the rally in spite of the very windy, 45 degree and rainy day that we had today. We just added rain ponchos and gloves to help us fight the weather.
We ended our day today about 6pm, when Miles, Ashley and the rest of the family left the Courthouse only to be greeted outside by the "Support Rally" group who was line... Continue reading...

Trial was cancelled in honor of Veterans Day.
Every morning/evening we meet here in the hotel for prayer. This evening was extra special as Miles and Patti were able to join us. They expressed how much it meant to Miles and Ashley to walk out of the courthouse on Tuesday, after a very rough day of court, to be greeted by familiar faces, hugs and words of encouragement. This was a very emotional time for us all. Patti noted that Miles and Ashley were so deeply touched by this act of Support... Continue reading...

A very wet and sloppy day for the faithful "Support Rally" group as we spent nearly 10 hours outside the courthouse enduring some of the side effects of Hurricane Ida. Our teal shirts and bright blue signs are definitely proclaiming our message loud and clear that we are here to show our support for Miles and Ashley. The locals here in Horry Co. have been so kind to us offering many compliments, prayer and some have been willing to open their homes to us. The magnitude of our support has tru... After a very long drive for more than 100 friends, family members and fellow brothers & sisters in Christ, we began our day with an early start by gathering at the courthouse wearing our "Support for Miles Ferguson" t-shirts and bracelets. As also said by many others while walking by, this "Support Rally" has been a very moving experience. Our supporters were very faithful in their mission and conducted themselves in a very respectable manner during the 9hr rally. We believe that today was a... Continue reading...
