Support Miles Ferguson

I want to start off by saying how grateful we are for the prayers and support so many of you have offered us through this very difficult time in our lives. God has surrounded our family with such wonderful and supportive people, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you! Your prayers and support have helped us through so many difficult situations. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for all you have done!

It has been two years since this situation began with the false accusations against my husband Miles, and it is still not over yet. A jury trial has been scheduled to begin November 9^th, 2009 in Horry County, South Carolina. Over the past two years many of you have asked if there is anything you can do to help bring this situation to an end. We have always asked for your prayers, and you have been faithful in that! But now we not only need your prayers, we need you and your support like never before! After speaking with our attorney we believe what will make a big impact in this case is to have a strong showing of support from people who know Miles and believe in his innocence. We need to show this Jury and Horry County that Miles is a man of God, a man of integrity, and a loving devoted husband and father.

Efforts are underway to charter buses and reserve motel rooms in Conway, South Carolina for those who want to go and show their support for my husband Miles. There will be more information about the details of the transportation and lodging in the weeks ahead. Our prayer is that the courtroom will be packed with people who believe in Miles’ innocence as well as people outside the courthouse praying and showing their support. I know this is a lot to ask, but you can truly make a difference in our lives! There has already been a tremendous amount of injustice to my husband! Miles is facing twenty years to life in prison with these false accusations and I cannot fathom more injustice being done. I love my husband deeply and cannot even begin to imagine one day without him! If possible please make arrangements to come and support my husband Miles! We believe through God your support and prayers will make a difference!

We know that our God is in control! Though we may not be able to see His purpose or His plan for this situation, the Lord of Heaven is on His Throne and in firm control of the universe and our lives. We trust Him with our future! We trust God with our very lives! We pray that God will reign His justice on this situation and turn our tragedy into triumph! We both know and believe that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world and we are holding onto that promise! (1 John 4:4) We again thank you for all your love, prayers, and support and look forward to spending eternity with you and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
